FAQ'S

Please read the following before making your booking

• Dogs can only be dropped off between the hours of 7am and 10am

• Pick up is only between the hours of 3pm and 6pm

• Only one dog at a time can be dropped off or picked up. If there is another car in the parking lot, please wait in your car until they leave.

• We prefer to meet you dog on a day prior to them coming to their first doggy daycare. This time will be organised to suit both parties 

• Documentation must be completed and submitted prior to your dog first attending D.O.G

• Dogs must have current vaccinations with veterinary certificates submitted

• there will always be a staff member present with dogs at all times

• Security cameras will be set up and monitored at all times

• No food will be supplied or given. Please ensure you feed your dog before dropping off. Fresh water will always be available

• If your dog causes a nuisance while at daycare, we will isolate him or her and advise you at pickup. If the dogs behaviour is unmanageable the owner will be contacted to ick the dog up as soon as possible.
